Each entry carries the token's cost in its denomination currency and in USD, plus a `sources` map giving the exchange rate and derived USD cost from each FX provider, so you can run your own oracle-safety checks. Keyed by uppercased token symbol (`CETES`, `MEXE`). New tokens appear here automatically once they are registered; nothing needs to change on your side. This replaces `GET /lookup/bonds/cost`, which is deprecated and covers only stablebonds.
