paymentAccountUpdated
Sent to paymentAccountUpdated subscriptions when a payment account’s status or the status of any rail direction changes. paymentAccount is the same object GET /organization/{organizationId}/payment_account/{id} returns, and organizationId is the organization that holds it.
The X-Signature header contains an HMAC-SHA256 signature over the RFC 8785-canonicalized JSON body. See Verifying Webhooks.
